Becky holds a masters degree from Vanderbilt University in Human Resource Development, focusing on adult development and learning in an organizational setting. She has received certification in Leadership coaching from Georgetown University. Becky has also received training and certification for a variety of assessment and feedback instruments, including certification from the Center for Creative Leadership.
Prior to founding The Leading Edge in 1999, Becky was Managing Consultant for Right Management Consultants, Inc., the world’s largest international human resources consulting firm that specializes in career management and transition, and organizational consulting services. Becky was responsible for client solution development and delivery of services in areas such as leadership development, managing transitions, trust and teamwork, and executive coaching, as well as business development. In addition, Becky consulted extensively with managers and executives regarding personal career management and transition issues.
In other previous roles, Becky was responsible for employee relations, management development and training for Citicorp Insurance Services, Inc. Becky also served as Senior Consultant and Project Manager for Performance Technology Group, a consulting firm serving Fortune 100 companies and specializing in training design and job qualification programs.
